Poco needs to be nerfed, but while supercell procrastinates with that, take a look at this build for poco:
Tuning Fork
Poco and all nearby allies heal 740 health per second for 5 seconds.
Da Capo!
When Poco's attack hits friendly Brawlers they now heal for 958 health.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Health
Recover Health 50% more effectively.
Guide
Poco is a bit of an interesting brawler to play, for many reasons: it's a support brawler, for one, which is why I will prioritise healing in this build (what else is new), and poco also has insane health, which leads to some... interesting occurances.DISCLAIMER: This guide does NOT apply to anybody above 800 trophies, gameplay differs from there onwards, and a seperate, more advanced guide should be better for you in that case.STRATEGY ONE: Belle's Rock, Knockout (S1)Belle's Rock can be seen as a map split into three different segments - a left hand side, a central lane leading to the middle of the map, and a right lane. Ideally you would want to take control of these "segments", which is why you will see a thrower picked almost all the time on this map, and in competitive Brawl Stars, some brawlers, like Lou or Sprout, are great for area control, either by blocking off sections of the map entirely, rendering a third of the map useless, or making it ridiculously difficult to get across it without dying to the other team. Poco comes in as a sort of counterbalance to this, and while it's less than ideal to use Poco on the centre, the DA CAPO star power can provide a constant healing source for your teammates. If, however, they do decide to push the centre earlier than expected, line up your attack. Ideally, but almost never always, you want to aim for both your teammates AND the other team too, but prioritise your teammates first.STRATEGY TWO: Dueling Beetles, Hot Zone (S2)Hot Zone, particularly on this map, is very good for Poco relative to other 3 V 3 events as it requires area control and area retention, both of which Poco can contribute to massively. Similar to what we've discussed on S1, Poco works best going through a central area of the map, and this is no different, as Dueling Beetles allows Poco's attack the space to easily line up teammates or deal damage across an entire team. Poco's super in particular can be very useful if throwers begin to harass the team from the side - helping teammates push either the hot zone or enemy players who are being a pain in your team's side is crucial to victory on this gamemode. I recommend from personal experience to stay within the nearby bushes, regularly peeking out to heal teammates, or pushing to the centre for the hot zone and camping with regular movement within the zone. Watch out also for things like Rosa's UNFRIENDLY BUSHES gadget, which can make your initial push into the centre much slower, compromising your early game strategy. This is one of Poco's best 3 V 3 scenarios though, so enjoy games like these when you can play them ;)STRATEGY THREE: Pinball Dreams, Brawl Ball (S3)Brawl Ball is a gamemode not only of strength but skill, arguably the most strategy reliant 3 V 3 gamemode of them all. This map in particular is an offensive Poco's fever dream, if used correctly. Poco can easily control the central area of the map at the start of the game, allowing his team to push and also go forwards at the same time. This is an almost suffocating push that, at the very least, forces the other team to camp behind their walls, from here, two things are possible - you can either push one side as a team, watching your backs while ramming through the defenses and then scoring a goal, or starting a double flank with Poco as a support to run back to. I advise the first one if they are spread out, and the second if they have clustered in slightly. The main threat to this attacking Poco strategy is flank attacks, a prevalent problem for Poco. Movement then is vital to either run away from close range brawlers while healing your team, or to dodge ranged attacks. Other than this, or the potential of breaking walls, which opens up your attack more, there should be no surprises for you when using this strategy on Pinball Dreams.STRATEGY 4: Safe Zone, Heist (S4)Heist, ever since it became a 2 way street in 2018, has seen a use on both offense (attacking the enemy safe) and defence (protecting your safe). Poco is a balance of both, and getting this equilibrium of defence and offense is vital. Safe zone has 2 ways to attack, one of which is through the bush side part on the right side of the map. As Poco is very weak on the flanks (something which, through this series, you should know by now), it then leaves Poco's main form of offensive ground in the centre, but this is problematic, as assasins like Piper and tanks like El Primo can simply roll through Poco. Due to this, he tends to be more of a support to his rushing teammates. When attacking, as Poco, you go to the middle of the map with your teammates, heal the initial damage taken by the centre person with 2 attacks (DA CAPO), and if necessary heal the side attacker with 1 attack. Drop back and prepare for a potential defense. If a barrage of 3 come rolling at you, utilise the nearby walls as much as possible, helping your teammates as soon as there is ground to move into. If it comes down to a 1 V 3, there isn't a lot to do in terms of repelling directly, but it is recommended that you dodge attacks. Movement is, again, crucial to success on the defensive. Take some shots for the safe, if you can, though, and pop some gadget uses too to keep yourself alive. Whatever the cost, DO NOT LEAVE EVERYONE DEAD. This stands Poco out as a support, this idea of healing his attacking team, and fighting to push back the other team, while healing his team anyway. This. Is. PocoWell, that's a comprehensive guide on how to master Poco to 800 trophies. At 6 upvotes I will do a 801-MAX RANK guide for Poco. EL POCO LOCO!

Works Well With
Colt
S1 - Long Range and High DPS brawlers like Colt need that extra aid to take control of the centre and hold out the oncoming attacks. You can also coordinate attacks well with these brawlers USUALLY. Tanks are going to be your main source of breakthrough on this map, so providing them with heals is an important thing to do. Keep in mind that some brawlers like Bull here can go out of your reach, so having a super/super hypercharge on them before they charge in is something to think about.
Frank
S2 - Tanks are once again your best friend on this map, particularly tanks who can damage over a wide conical area like Frank. Stunning abilities can also prove useful for buying you super charge and time. Brawlers who can push around a flank of the map and control the centre from a distance, like Squeak, will make your life a lot easier both in helping your team and continuing control of the hot zone - just make sure to heal them when there is no immediate threat, as it is likely they will have taken significant damage holding the flank.
Barley
S3 - Spread throwing attackers like Barley can force opponents where you want them, coordinating a series of attacks to either push back opponents or kill them, leaving an open path to score goals, and/or push the ball further up the field. Offensive play is one thing, but these kinds of brawlers can also provide immediate trouble for their attacks, buying the rest of the team time, which especially Poco needs to recharge attacks to heal his team, or regenerate his health. Also, tanks can help on this map, although by this point it should be self explanatory.
Lou
S4 - Control Brawlers can cut off that very weakening side lane, benefiting Poco and allowing all his strength to be concentrated to the centre. This works even better when the third teammate is a tank brawler, like Rosa, who can take some damage, push more ground, and at the very least open up space for attacks. This zonal control works equally well on the defence, where they can take the strain off a side of the map, and with said tank, can easily stay alive and repel attacks at the same time, reducing the chances of a Poco 1V3.
